This is a foundation building workshop geared towards students who want to learn arm balances and inversions.
Learn to fly + balance in this invigorating Arm Balancing & Inversion Workshop with Agnes. This 3-hour workshop kicks off with a vinyasa flow practice to warm up the body and prepare you to intelligently build the poses to gain strength, stability and balance.
This will be a workshop where various postures will be explored with a focus on preparatory strength, alignment, and modifications to help you expand your arm balance and inversion. Some of the poses we will over are crow pose, side crow, handstand, and forearm stand etc.
All levels are welcome – just show up with a willingness to try and curiosity!
